Peoples Library has two convenient locations; one in downtown New Kensington at Ninth and Barnes Streets, and one in Lower Burrell across from Hillcrest Shopping Center. Your card entitles you to check out and return books anywhere the WLN logo is displayed thanks to our new membership in the Westmoreland Library Network.
